We asked her if she

wanted to go  to bed, but

she said that there weren’t enough

politicians there and so

she wouldn’t have anyone

to wake her up.  We told

her that she was tired and

that there were legislators

she could count, hopping

about in the sky.  She told us that

she couldn’t count, but I said

that we voted her to close her eyes

and we all raised our hands. She

didn’t understand what I

was saying and then the

mayor patted me on the

back and said that we did

the best we could.
