We made it to the
city and you ran with
your head spinning
arond, saying, ‘it’s real,
that noise is real.’
I found you again where
there was no people, out side
a window, looking at the
sun. You were asleep, but
when you woke up several
days later and the sky was
dark, you wanted water and
to not feel thirsty, but
the sky was not the sea
that day and salt did
not rain.
